REFUND POLICY

Returns and Exchanges As all items are made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the following cases:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • We sent the wrong item

Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. The item must be unused and in new condition. We will provide a replacement or full refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Sent If we sent you the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused and in new condition. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Return Conditions All returns must meet the following requirements:

  • Item must be in its original packaging

Customs Refusal Orders refused due to customs duties or import taxes are not eligible for refund. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for all customs fees and accept that refusal to pay these fees will result in forfeiture of your order and payment.
