SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping Method All orders are shipped from Japan via Japan Post EMS (UGX for US destinations only).
Processing Time As all items are made-to-order, please allow 5 business days for production before shipment. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Japanese national holidays.
Delivery Time After shipment, delivery typically takes:
- 3-7 business days for most destinations
- Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance
Tracking Information Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may be charged by your country's customs authority upon delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Please note: Orders refused due to customs fees are not eligible for refund. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for any applicable customs duties and import taxes.
Shipping Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or other factors beyond our control.
